3. Products & Pricing
- All product prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.
- We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur due to screen settings.
- MartSela reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person or per order and to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Orders & Payment
- Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. You will receive a confirmation via email/WhatsApp once your order is placed. This confirmation does not guarantee delivery — we reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment verification failures, or suspected fraud.
- Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods listed at checkout. For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- Right to Cancel: MartSela may refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the product is out of stock. In such cases, a full refund will be issued for any prepaid amounts.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver across Pakistan using reliable courier services. Delivery times are estimates (3–5 working days) and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. MartSela is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or public holidays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed terms. A brief summary: you have 7 days to return an unused product in its original packaging. Once inspected, a full refund will be processed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logos, text, images, graphics, product descriptions, and design — is the exclusive property of MartSela and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws of Pakistan. Reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
MartSela shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan. We encourage amicable resolution through direct communication (support@martsela.com) before initiating formal proceedings.
